Download problem with ACDSee Standard Web Installer

The ACDSee Web Installer automatically detects the version of your operation system, and it then downloads and installs the appropriate version of ACDSee for 64-bit or 32-bit operating system accordingly.

If you encounter difficulties downloading the 32-bit or 64-bit installers for ACDSee via the Web Installer,  it is recommended to download the full installation file directly, and then run it to start the installation.

To find out if your computer is running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows, please do the following:

- Go to Control Panel, and then click System and Security.

- Click System. Under System, you can view the system type that shows whether your system is 32-bit or 64-bit.
