ACDSee 365 Annual and Monthly Plan Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your ACDSee 365 subscription within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund. 

For example, if you purchase the ACDSee 365 Management Plan (annual or monthly) on 8/15/2016, and you request a refund before 9/15/2016, you will receive a full refund as the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

If you cancel your ACDSee 365 subscription after 30 days of purchase, you will not receive a refund, but your subscription will not be automatically renewed. Your subscription will remain active until its next expiry date.

For example, if you purchase ACDSee 365 Ultimate Plan (annual) on 8/15/2016, and you request a refund after 9/15/2016, you will not receive a refund. Your subscription will still remain active until the expiration date of 8/15/2017, and your subscription will not be renewed after that date.
