How to use Teamviewer for remote access

Once you have get the link to allow customer service to access your computer to better understand your service request, please use the following steps to allow the connection

1) In your web browser, enter web address, e.g.
Note we recommend to use Internet explorer

2) Press enter.

3) Click the Save to save the file to be downloaded.

4) After the file is completed downloaded, click Run

4) After installation, you may need to confirm to run the program. Click OK to confirm that you will allow this program to run.  The Teamviewer application will then start

6) Wait until customer service to join the session.

7) Click Allow to let the customer service representative access your computer.
